A traditional Smoky Mountain dish
Smokies Cheese Grits


1&1/2 Cups Boiling Water
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Grits
4 Tablespoon Milk
4 Eggs
1 Cup Sharp Grated Cheddar Cheese
